The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supporting project teams throughout the lifecycle and ensuring resources align with project goals.
• Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders; building and managing key relationships.
• Conducting interviews and raising requisitions to recruit BIM talent.
• Developing BIM Execution Plans (BEP), digital handover strategies, and object libraries aligned with BIM strategy.
• Producing and assuring Information Models (Pre-RIBA Stage 3), including OIR, AIR, PIR, and EIR as per ISO 19650.
• Implementing governance, assurance, and security protocols for project information.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and evolving regulations and standards.
• Reviewing and optimizing Autodesk Construction Cloud and other BIM technologies, researching emerging solutions.
• Supporting cost planning and construction sequencing using information models.
• Delivering training on BIM tools, data analysis, templates, COBie, and assurance processes.
• Upskilling clients, project managers, and design teams through knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborating with Mace PM and design teams to ensure procedural compliance with the Mace Way.
• Driving continuous improvement and business enhancements.
• Staying current with industry developments through active participation in events.
• Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Relevant MEA experience.
• Degree qualification.
• Understanding of ISO19650, BS1192, Common Data Environment (CDE), IFC, COBie and classifications.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
