Job Description: Senior Backend Engineer - Agentic AI Applications

Are you a backend engineer passionate about building scalable, enterprise-grade AI platforms? We are seeking a hands-on engineer to design and deploy Agentic AI systems leveraging multi-agent orchestration, modern backend architectures, and AI protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in backend engineering, 2+ years in AI-native applications
• Background:
• Spring Boot, microservices, DDD, event-driven systems
• SQL, NoSQL, vector DBs (Weaviate, Milvus, Pinecone, pgvector, Redis-Vector)
• IAM with Keycloak/IdentityServer (RBAC, ABAC, SSO, multi-tenant)
• OAuth2, OIDC, JWT
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI
• CI/CD: GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger
• Agentic AI: LangGraph, LangChain, Haystack, Strand
• GenAI: vLLM, Hugging Face TGI, Ray Serve, KServe, SGLang
• Event streaming: Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ
• Multi-tenant SaaS architectures

• Skills:
• REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger), secure auth, MCP & A2A protocols
• Observability (ELK/EFK, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger)
• ADRs, Agile practices
• Nice-to-Have:
• Compliance (PDPL, NCA ECC, GDPR, SOC2), secure coding (OWASP, NIST), ERP, AI model lifecycle, Arabic speaker

Responsibilities:

• Develop Spring Boot microservices using DDD and event-driven architecture
• Design, document, and version REST APIs
• Implement secure authentication/authorization via Keycloak
• Build and integrate AI/Agentic AI applications
• Implement MCP and A2A protocols for multi-agent systems
• Integrate and orchestrate AI models and pipelines
• Design schemas for SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases
• Deploy on cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) using Docker/Kubernetes
• Automate pipelines with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing)
• Ensure code quality with tests and code reviews
