Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect Engineer with 15+ years of experience in Hospitality projects to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision, with a focus on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Review technical submittals from the contractor, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and samples.
- Manage site inspectors and provide them with technical support and guidance.
- Ensure compliance of architectural works with project specifications and approved drawings.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve site issues.
- Monitor the progress and quality of architectural works installations on site.
- Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities related to architectural works.
- Review and comment on contractor’s requests for information (RFIs) and technical queries.
- Ensure that work executed on-site aligns with the approved construction schedule.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to landscape/hardscape supervision.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or more in Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in architectural engineering consultancy, with a focus on hospitality projects.
- Excellent knowledge of engineering systems, technologies, principles, codes, and practices.
- Ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions with detail-oriented analytical approach.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Excellent English Language skills.
- Willingness to relocate, if required.
- Must have a Valid SCE Membership (Professional or Consultant).
- Must have a Valid and Transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi).
