Senior Architect Design Review

Responsibilities

Architectural Design Review and Approval:

Review and approve architectural designs submitted by consultants, ensuring alignment with project specifications, client requirements, and local regulations.

Assess designs for practicality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, providing expert feedback to improve overall project outcomes.

Ensure all designs comply with international best practices, local building codes, and regulatory standards, while maintaining the project's architectural integrity.

Coordination With Design And Construction Teams

Work closely with other design disciplines, such as structural and MEP engineers, to ensure that architectural designs are fully integrated with the overall project and compatible with other systems.

Facilitate collaboration between the architectural design team and construction personnel to ensure that the designs can be effectively executed on-site without conflicts or delays.

Quality Control And Compliance

Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure all architectural designs meet high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Conduct regular design audits to ensure adherence to client and regulatory standards, identifying and addressing any potential issues early in the process.

Ensure that all design deliverables comply with the applicable regulations, zoning laws, and sustainability requirements.

Technical Problem Solving

Resolve architectural design issues that arise during the review and construction phases, working with the design and construction teams to implement efficient and cost-effective solutions.
