House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the consulting industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to all related stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize project outcomes and improve processes.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Establish formal communication with the relevant authorities.
• Manage authority engagement and approvals.
• Manage an interdisciplinary design team to address code-related RFIs, queries, workshops etc.
• Collaborate with the planning team to secure resources and conduct code compliance reviews according to the milestones outlined in the client agreement.
• Review and adhere to the contract to understand payment milestones, fee schedule, and related terms, and issue invoices upon milestone completion.
• Manage changes and issue change orders for any additional scope beyond the agreed terms in the contract.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the consulting industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
