Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect Engineer with 15+ years of experience in Hospitality projects to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision, with a focus on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop design proposals that meet functional, aesthetic, and
- regulatory standards.
- Utilize advanced software and design tools to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations for client review and approval.
- Submit regular progress reports, documenting key milestones, challenges, and solutions as per the Client's requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve design and construction issues, recommending efficient solutions to minimize time and cost impacts.
- Review and approve contractor submittals, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to integrate innovative design concepts and sustainable solutions into architectural
- projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or more in Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in architectural engineering consultancy, with a focus on hospitality projects.
- Excellent knowledge of engineering systems, technologies, principles, codes, and practices.
- Ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions with detail-oriented analytical approach.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Excellent English Language skills.
- Willingness to relocate, if required.
- Must have a Valid SCE Membership (Professional or Consultant).
- Must have a Valid and Transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi).
