- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and issue tracking across operational and IT domains. 2- Process Improvement
- Recommend improvements to reduce risk exposure and increase operational efficiency. 3- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal departments to assess risks tied to business functions and projects. 4- Reporting & Insights
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to leadership. 5- Policy & Standards Support
- Ensure compliance with Elm’s risk governance policies and support audits.
