The Role

A successful candidate will:

  • Work closely with our team in the Riyadh office and the wider Middle East team on a diverse range of Employment matters with the opportunity to also work on corporate/commercial/regulatory matters.
  • Provide day-to-day advisory support on Employment issues with a particular focus on KSA.
  • Advise on contentious Employment matters, including litigation, investigations and dispute resolution in local courts in KSA.
  • Advise on corporate structuring, company setup, licensing, regulatory compliance, and governance in KSA, where possible.
  • Support regional clients on cross-border projects, workforce changes, and executive-level matters.
  • Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams, often in conjunction with corporate, regulatory and commercial lawyers, as well as colleagues from our international offices.


Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5+ years PQE gained in a reputable regional or international law firm is essential.
  • Candidates with specific capability in Employment law in KSA, ideally gained in a reputable regional or international law firm is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in both contentious and advisory Employment matters is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of KSA’s Labour Law, KSA’s Companies Law, and general corporate compliance, and regulatory frameworks in KSA is essential.
  • Experience in KSA corporate structuring, company setup, licensing, regulatory compliance, and governance in KSA is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable – both written and spoken.
  • Strong academic background and technical ability, combined with commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Team player, eager to contribute to the growth and development of the team and the firm’s regional footprint.
  • Experience on the ground in KSA, and willingness to be located (relocate) to Riyadh.
