We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to drive key client relationships, spearhead marketing initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of high-impact campaigns. This role is not just about account management—it’s about leading teams, making data-driven decisions, and delivering outstanding results that contribute to business growth. - Client Leadership: Act as the primary advisor for key accounts, fostering strong client relationships, understanding their goals, and ensuring exceptional service.
- Strategic Development: Design and implement innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and industry trends.
- Campaign Execution & Oversight: Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance benchmarks, budget, and client expectations.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media buying, content, and performance marketing, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Presentation & Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and strategic decks that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
- Account Growth & Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand client accounts, upsell services, and drive agency growth.
- 5+ years of experience in account management within a growth marketing or full-service marketing agency.
- Proven success in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and key client accounts.
- Strong expertise in growth marketing, brand strategy, media planning, performance-driven campaigns, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Trello) and marketing analytics platforms.
- Leadership capabilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
