Security & Safety Development Director

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and lead security and safety strategies.

•Deliver HSE and firefighting training to officers.

•Oversee the establishment of Firefighting and Emergency Response (ER) departments.

•Ensure compliance with safety standards and security protocols.

•Implement and manage CCTV, access control, and smart security systems.

Key Requirements:

•FMCG background is mandatory.

•NFPA certification required (or expertise in Fire Fighting, preferably from Civil Defense).

•Minimum 12 years of experience in security and safety roles.

•Expertise in HSE and firefighting training for officers.

•Proven history in officer development and training.

•Knowledge in establishing Firefighting and Emergency Response (ER) departments.

•Familiarity with security protocols, procedures, and compliance.

•Proficiency in CCTV systems, access control, and smart security systems.
