A Day in the Life

As a Training & Education Intern, your role is crucial in meeting market demands, knowing our products, and providing support and education to doctors, nurses and patients by addressing their inquiries.

Internship details:

• Start date: February
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
• Working model: hybrid/ onsite
• Based in Hail but could cover if needed (Skaka, Al Qurrayat & Arar)
  
  
  

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Facilitate onboarding of patients onto insulin pumps
• Support Hospitals in the Area attending Campaigns, Patient Onboarding.
• Follow up our consignment in the hospital and refill anything used.
• Support our logistic team during the delivery process.
• Travel within the region local region.
  
  
  

Required Knowledge:

• In the last year of studies or recently graduated e.g. healthcare, nutrition, health education, engineering, pharmacy, sciences or related field
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Strong Organization Skills
• Customer Focus
• Eager to Learn & Develop
  
  
  

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with patients
• Interest in Diabetes
• Driving license
