SAP SCM Assistant Manager

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP SCM Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will play a vital part in managing our Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes using SAP. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing and optimizing the supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP SCM modules including inventory management, order processing, and procurement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain processes with business objectives and operational requirements
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Support the development and execution of supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to solve supply chain issues and improve overall service delivery
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on SAP SCM tools and best practices for procurement and inventory management
• Participate in supply chain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives within the supply chain function
• Stay informed about industry trends and SAP updates to continuously enhance the company's supply chain capabilities
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management or SAP SCM administration
• Strong knowledge of SAP SCM modules and processes
• Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
