SAP Business One

Responsible for overseeing the company's technological strategy, including the implementation and management of SAP B1 (SAP Business One) to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and support growth.

• 
  Experience as a SAP Business One Consultant, with experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, training, and documentation.
  


• Must have experience with SQL and HANA databases.


• 
  Excellent knowledge of all core SAP Business One modules such as Financial, Sales, Purchasing, CRM, Production, MRP, MM, and Project Management.
  


• Flow diagrams and DFD are preparation & Mapping and GAP analysis for each module


• Master data configuration (Data template preparation and Migration)


• Preparation of Change request/ new requirements specification document(RSD) AND Coordination with the technical team for RSD.


• Support user acceptance testing & Opening balance Preparation and Migration.


• Crystal Reports preparation


• Responsible for Post (go live) support


• Full Cycle Implementation and Go live


• Collaborate with senior management to align technology initiatives with business goals, oversee system upgrades, security, and user training, and stay updated on emerging technology trends to recommend innovative solutions.


• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's cybersecurity measures, IT infrastructure, networking, and server systems.


• Cross-industry experience and SAP certification is a plus.


• Knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows, study current business processes and its complication

• Skills & Experience:


• Minimum 8-10Years Experience in SAP B1


• Bachelor Degree in Computer science or IT


• ERP & Software Implementation and Support experience (SAP B1, SAP business By Design, SAP COO, IVend, Microsoft Navision, Mfgpro)


• SAP configuration and customization, Functional modules expertise


• SAP system integration and interface development (Retails, E Commerce , Zatca and Other add one)


• Project management and coordination & Troubleshooting and problem-solving


• End-user training and support & Process improvement and efficiency.


• Database administrator and Support (Hana, SQL server, Oracle )


• Application and report development (SQL, Hana, VB .Net ad C#, Crystal report, Excel, Ivend,)
