Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Supervisor with proven results to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The candidate must have a strong background in residential real estate sales (apartments and villas), excellent leadership skills, and a solid track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Train, guide, and develop team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and meet company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze team performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments (such as Marketing and Customer Service) to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain high service quality by applying company standards and policies.
- Represent the company in real estate exhibitions, meetings, events, and related conferences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Prior experience in the residential real estate sector is required.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of sales systems and technologies (e.g., CRM software).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
