Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager & Client Relations Coordinator to join our team! Responsible To oversee project execution and maintain strong client relationships across the SW. The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of the construction and engineering projects and can immediately take on smaller projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also include liaising with other clients in Jeddah and neighboring cities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage multiple smaller projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align project goals and execution.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Conduct site visits across some of the SW Projects for client’s engagement.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and client feedback summaries.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and client-centric service.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management and client relations, preferably in the Saudi market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Southwestern Region and Riyadh.
• Travel Requirement: May require frequent travel across the SW region and Riyadh.
