The Sales Supervisor - Consumer Pack for NAQUA in Jeddah is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expanding market share within the consumer pack product category. This role focuses on driving sales through effective team leadership, strategic planning, and building strong relationships with retail partners and distributors in the Jeddah region.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership & Management:
1. Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to sales team members.
3. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales strategies, updates, and best practices.
4. Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
5. Manage team schedules, territories, and daily activities.
6. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for consumer pack products in the Jeddah region.
7. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
8. Monitor competitor activity and recommend appropriate sales tactics.
9. Ensure effective execution of sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and customers.
11. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
12. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
14. Manage and track sales expenses within budget.
15. Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
16. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
17. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
18. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
19. Ensure proper products presentation, and shelf space management.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree a recognized university preferrable in Sales or Business or equalevant.
Knowledge
Modern Trade/Key Accounts Channel Knowledge, Market, Product & Industry Knowledge.
Experience
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods or food industry.

Technical Skills
Product Knowledge, understanding of cold chain processes, understanding of FMCG/Fresh product setup & working.

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Valid Saudi Arabian driver's license.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
