Join Our Team as a Sales Strategy Manager in Saudi Arabia!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Strategy Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
About the Role: The Regional Sales Strategy LT role will lead sales strategy for Lower Trade channel across KSA. Key Priorities include deep understanding of channel growth drivers and fundamentals & performing in depth 4P analysis with sharp deliveries of planning, strategy and executional plans for the designated Area of responsibility.
Location: Jeddah - Saudi Arabia
What You’ll Do:
- Ensuring 4P Excellence and Execution (Activations/Themes/POSM) of all BEL strategic Activations for the lower trade channel across Cluster territory with strong focus on KSA.
- Owner of all Analysis spectrum (In Market & Financial performance), Actions Proposing & Plan setting (Pricing, Promo), leading to the delivery of the Sales strategy for the channel.
- Leader of RGM Action identification, tracking and follow up for Lower Trade Channel.
- Work close with Distributor’s Sales functions & our BEL Sales managers for lower trade for the designated region.
- Identify new sales practices and techniques that will provide BEL with an Edgy setup in the channel.
- Empower relationship with Distributors on ground forces (Vans) to help deal directly with ad hoc store challenges.
- Propose and develop different commercial plans per market based on the differentiated Lower Trade needs.
- Get Involved and deliver alternative RTM Plans per market including Van Operation evaluation and re arrangement.
- Work together with multiple Functions internally including Finance (Spending Optimization, margins enhancement) and Marketing (translating ATL plans into channel BTL executions).
- Report back to HQ on a constructive way periodical performance, challenges and keep management updated on Actions and Plans put in place.
- Regular traveling is essential to key markets working together with local sales teams.
- Work close with Activation counterparts of our Distributor including Merchandisers, Sales representatives and Sales Field Managers to ensure.
- Implementation of all BEL Activations in store (On Time, Proper Set Up, Stock up tracking, Promo Pricing etc.).
- Empower relationship with Distributor’s on ground forces to help deal directly with ad hoc store challenges and work together for improving in store weaknesses.
- Regular Traveling is essential for the coverage of different Region locations for the designated channel.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 4 years' experience in the FMCG sector behind Sales or Sales Strategy Lower Trade, preferably within Saudi.
- Excellent command of English and Fluency in Arabic.
- Saudi National able to Join ASAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills as knowledge of Market & competition; Merchandising & Ranging; and Trade & RTM.
