For our office in Riyadh, we are looking for

Sales & Proposals Engineer - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in managing bids for engineering consultancy projects. This role requires an individual who can develop, document, manage, and deliver high-quality bids and proposals. Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory, and knowledge of French is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Document all aspects of the bid process, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
• Take complete ownership of the bid lifecycle, managing it from RFP receipt to proposal submission.
• Coordinate with various internal teams (technical, commercial, legal) to gather necessary information and inputs for the bid.
• Ensure all bid submissions are timely and meet the required quality standards.
• Continuously improve bid processes and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with bid proposals.
• Develop contingency plans to address identified risks.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in managing bids for engineering consultancy projects.
• Proficiency in Arabic (mandatory) and French (a significant plus).
• Strong understanding of bid management processes and best practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Must be a fluent Arabic speaker; proficiency in French is a plus.
