The sales operation manager at Lenovo oversees all daily operations of the assigned local sales teams in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role reports to the Director of sales operations and special projects and leads all the tasks pertinent to accurate business tracking, timely review of sales KPIs and governance of the business management system in place with the leadership team.

In this role the right candidate would act as a trusted advisor to the market leader and would establish and maintain clean operational processes. and in particular:

Role
In this role the right candidate would act as a trusted advisor to the market leader and would establish and maintain clean operational processes. and in particular:
- Daily order tracking
- Pipeline review and hygiene
- Sales cadences
- Forecasts
- Quota and territory assignment
- Market blueprint governance
- Channel operations
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, ideally within an IT company
- Strong understanding of data for business usage, along with knowledge in data manipulation, dashboarding and visualization tools or software; Power BI, SQL are strong advantages
- Leadership potential is important, as the role involves both overseeing business direction and taking initiative and ownership of tasks
