Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Department Head is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all sales and marketing activities within the company.

This includes developing strategies to drive business growth, conducting market research, target achievement, and leading the sales and marketing team.

The role requires creative, analytical, and leadership skills to ensure the company’s strong market presence and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieving the target for marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Lead and guide the sales and marketing team.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Roles And Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish short- and long-term sales goals that are in line with corporate objectives.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales and marketing team.
  • Provide whatever training is needed to team members.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to promote the company’s services, and increase market presence and share.

Budget Management

  • Manage budgets for marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency with overall business objectives.

Reporting

  • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
  • Track performance and develop plans for improvement if necessary.
