We are seeking a Sales Manager with 3–5 years of proven experience in sports and entertainment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive business development, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver revenue growth across Xplere’s solutions portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in sports, entertainment, and cultural sectors.
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with federations, leagues, clubs, government entities, and private sector partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in the GCC market.
  • Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on progress, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Represent Xplere at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within sports, entertainment, or events industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within federations, clubs, agencies, or entertainment organizations in Saudi Arabia/GCC.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
