Responsibilities

- Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and KPIs
- Assisting with market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
- Building relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on sales activities and customer interactions
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to customers
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Developing a deep understanding of PepsiCo's products, markets, and customers
- Learning how to use sales software and tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities
- Gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing techniques, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion
- Developing communication and negotiation skills through interactions with customers and internal teams
- Learning how to analyze sales data and use it to inform business decisions
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

- Eligible for Tamheer Program
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Be comfortable working in a culturally diverse team.
- Be a quick learner, able to do their own study and manage their time to complement their role.
- Demonstrate keen creative and problem-solving abilities
