Role Overview:
MENATEC seeks a skilled Part-Time Sales Engineer experienced in relationship management, sales and delivery follow-up, and vendor registration processes within Saudi Arabia's process industries. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales cycles through to delivery, and navigating complex registration requirements rather than technical product demonstrations. You will be our key representative for developing business opportunities and ensuring seamless client engagement in Saudi Arabia's industrial sector.

MENATEC seeks a skilled Part-Time Sales Engineer experienced in relationship management, sales and delivery follow-up, and vendor registration processes within Saudi Arabia's process industries. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales cycles through to delivery, and navigating complex registration requirements rather than technical product demonstrations. You will be our key representative for developing business opportunities and ensuring seamless client engagement in Saudi Arabia's industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, procurement managers, and decision-makers at refineries, power plants, and industrial facilities across Saudi Arabia.
- Sales & Delivery Follow-up: Track sales opportunities from initial inquiry through final delivery and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales and delivery process.
- Vendor Registration & Compliance: Support Navigate vendor registration processes with major Saudi companies. Ensure compliance with Saudi industrial regulations and licensing requirements.
- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities within Saudi Arabia's process industries and facilitate introductions to key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in business development or client relationship management within Saudi Arabia's industrial sector, particularly in Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, or process industries.
- Essential: Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabia's process industry landscape, including major players like Aramco, SABIC, and industrial complexes in Jubail and Yanbu.
- Strong understanding of vendor registration processes in Saudi Arabia.
- Technical background (engineering or similar) is an advantage but not mandatory relationship management skills are paramount.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with cultural sensitivity for the Saudi market.
- Proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong sales follow-up and customer service capabilities.
