As the Sales Director at SkillUp MENA, you will lead the sales strategy, manage a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth. Your role is critical in expanding our market presence, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the e-learning industry. We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong track record in sales, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on upselling, cross-selling, and new business development opportunities. Consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Market Expansion: Drive the expansion of SkillUp MENA’s regional presence by identifying high-potential clients and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead complex negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure efficient sales from initial contact to contract finalization.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the sales team, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management 


Required Experience:

  • Proven Leadership: Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership roles, preferably within the SaaS or e-learning industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Client-Centric: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-level client relationships, with a focus on delivering value.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Proven ability to close high-value deals with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales management tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic.
