Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Develop strategic initiatives to penetrate new markets and industries.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to generate new business.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
3. Sales Planning and Strategy Execution
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development to align sales strategies with brand goals.
4. Negotiation and Deal Closure
- Lead negotiations for pricing, terms, and contract agreements.
- Ensure alignment of client needs with the company’s solutions to close deals efficiently.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze sales metrics and progress toward targets.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
