The opportunity

The Master Planner is responsible for the operational planning from sales to delivery to have all internal and external stakeholders coordinated. Elaborating and implementing comprehensive plans and strategies to optimize organizational efficiency and productivity. This typically involves analyzing data, forecasting trends, and collaborating with various departments to coordinate resources and schedules.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Elaborating together with sales, the midterm sales revenue forecast by product type to plan the revenues, capacity and material demand.
  • Prepare a detailed production plan based on contractual obligations and loading and align in monthly coordination meetings with project management and production.
  • Prepare the material demand plan to share with SCM for the forecast to the suppliers and the management of the stock material.
  • Prepare the monthly forecast for the feeder factories and participate at the Sales & Operational Planning meetings.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of current operations and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing long-term strategic plans to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with department heads to coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitoring and evaluating project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Utilizing software tools and systems to manage and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and ensure effective project execution.
  • Continuous reviewing and refining planning processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree/High Diploma.
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in similar position.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
  • Very good SAP knowledge.
  • Strong communication and organizing skills.
  • should be excited to learn, flexible, open-minded and teamwork oriented.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
