The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Trainee to join our team. In this role you will be attaining theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education, may require the following proficiency, work is closely supervised, problems faced are not typically difficult or complex and explaining facts, policies and practices related to job area.
How you’ll make an impact
- Responsible for learning and onboarding in various programs and functions across the organization in 3-to-6-month spells, seeking further comprehension of the company and its workings for accelerated growth and progression within the organization.
- Key areas of responsibility include Shadowing and working with individuals within various organizational roles, learning complex skills and inner company comprehension, including but not limited to site experience, product training and mentorship program work.
- Demonstrating a high technical comprehension, including strong aspects of a conceptual and analytical mindset, proving an ability to innovate and improve processes where necessary.
- Maintaining a close and strong relationship with all colleagues and stakeholders, showing a true ability to lead and motivate others.
- Proving a high-level comprehension of the company’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility where applicable, typically achieving discipline within a given role after approximately twelve months.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required.
- Experience in marketing and sales or relevant industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
