We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EPC & OEM sales accounts manager to develop customer relationships and grow the sales in the Oil & Gas industry projects. This role requires a thorough understanding of the Saudi Oil & Gas market with a strong and diversified network of relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing important sales accounts and driving revenue growth within these sectors.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Accounts Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with EPC and OEM clients in the Saudi Oil & Gas industry serving as the primary point of contact from Endress+Hauser.
  • Sales Strategy: proactively identify opportunities within assigned accounts to drive sales growth. Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas EPC and OEM sectors. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
  • Client Solutions: Leverage deep industry knowledge and understand customer needs, provide technical expertise and offer solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving effective sales activities and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to order acknowledgment
  • Market Insights: Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on market trends, customer challenges and potential areas for product or service development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams in pursuing the Oil & Gas projects, orchestrate all the efforts internally and lead the activities externally to support our customers & achieve the sales the sales objectives.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, client interactions and account performance utilizing CRM tools. Prepare regular reports on business status and sales potential & progress.

Qualification + Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology - Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or Industrial Instrumentation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Experienced in project pursuit and sales, including identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and driving successful project acquisitions.
  • Highly skilled in negotiation whilst being the customer champion
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to high-quality work and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutions.
  • Good MS Office tools and operational systems understanding. Experience with SalesForce.com is an advantage.
