Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to post-sale follow-up — and building long-term relationships with clients to achieve growth targets and enhance the value delivered through the Business Percentage Framework.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the target market.
- Build and maintain a database of potential leads.
- Conduct initial outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging).
- Attend business events and trade exhibitions.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
- Qualify prospects using frameworks such as BANT.
- Identify pain points and propose suitable solutions.
- Deliver professional presentations of solutions and services.
- Utilize case studies and client testimonials to build credibility.
- Handle customer objections with flexibility and professionalism.
- Offer alternative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Close deals and secure contract signings.
- Follow up with clients after sales completion.
- Provide continuous support to clients after implementation.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Sales
- Information Technology
- Management Information Systems
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good command of the English language.
