Could you be the full-time onsite Requirement & Configuration Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Requirements and Configuration Management in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll ensure the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of delivered products and services while driving compliance with global processes and methodologies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (tender teams, project teams, and engineers), provide training and support on RM tools and processes, monitor and report RM activities, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the management of tender and project requirements is performed as per the global Requirements Management (RM) process and methodology. ,
  • Providing support and training to tender and project teams regarding RM processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., DOORS). ,
  • Acting as the guardian of the “As Sold” baseline throughout the project/program lifecycle. ,
  • Ensuring all Project/Program stakeholders apply the CCM process consistently. ,
  • Keeping the project/program configuration under control and managing changes effectively. ,
  • Delivering high-quality results by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and traceability of products and services. ,
  • Managing the RM database and assisting engineers and other scope owners in their RM activities. ,
  • Monitoring and reporting on the status of RM activities. ,
  • Supporting the application of CCM activities in Low Critical Projects or Programs (Level 3).

  • Experience or understanding of Requirements Management processes and methodologies. ,
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. ,
  • Knowledge of configuration management principles and tools, such as DOORS. ,
  • Familiarity with monitoring and reporting on project activities. ,
  • Ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability in deliverables. ,
  • Capability to support cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. ,
  • Strong communication and training delivery skills. ,
  • Proficiency in managing changes across the lifecycle of projects or programs.
