Reporting and Data Analysis Specialist

Job Purpose:

To ensure the efficient management of department projects and initiatives by monitoring performance, analyzing data, providing actionable insights, and preparing strategic reports, while supporting decision-making and fostering

effective coordination with all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Assisting in monitoring the performance of department projects to support the achievement of defined objectives efficiently and effectively, while
• preparing regular reports outlining progress and challenges.
• Assisting in monitoring relevant initiatives and projects to ensure alignment with timelines and required quality, providing support in case of any
• deviations.
• Attending General Department meetings, analyzing their outcomes, and ensuring the timely and effective implementation of resulting recommendations
• and decisions.
• Analyzing departmental data and information to provide precise and comprehensive insights that support decision-making and guide the direction of
• projects and initiatives.
• Preparing annual and monthly plans for the department in alignment with strategic objectives and monitoring their implementation to achieve the desired
• outcomes.
• Supporting the implementation of the department's strategic plans by assisting in coordination with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective
• collaboration across all levels.
• Supporting decision-making by gathering and analyzing information and providing clear recommendations based on accurate analyses and reliable
• expertise.
• Preparing specialized presentations tailored to meet senior management’s requirements, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communicating key
• messages.
• Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders within and outside the department to ensure effective collaboration and seamless information
• exchange.
• Developing comprehensive materials and reports to support and persuade decision-makers regarding optimal options and solutions to existing challenges.
• Creating detailed executive summaries that highlight key points, outcomes, and recommendations from meetings and critical decisions in a clear and
• organized manner.
• Monitoring performance against the department KPIs through detailed and periodic reports that help evaluate and improve performance.
• Supporting the General Department operations and addressing critical requests by providing accurate analyses and recommendations that contribute to
• achieving overall goals.
• Proposing continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures based on analysis, observations, and identified challenges during operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration,
• Engineering, or other relevant specialization
• 1 to 4 years of overall experience in a similar scope, industry and mandate of
• the position
