Salary

• Income Guarantee: $198,900 CAD, plus additional bonuses and benefits
  
  

Bonuses

• Signing Bonus: $100,300 to $149,600 CAD
• Geographic Retention Bonus: $5,100 to $37,400 CAD
• Remoteness Bonus: $17,000 CAD
  
  

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (2 Full-Time Equivalent positions available)

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient roster with the support of a collaborative care team.
• Provide exceptional, high-quality patient care in the Exploits region.
• Offer flexible clinic hours, including daytime, after-hours, and weekends to meet patient needs.
• Use the EMR Med Access platform for documentation.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed (full or provisional) to practice by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador.
• Must be granted privileges by NL Health Services Central Zone.
• Provisionally licensed physicians must comply with oversight and monitoring requirements.
  
  

Salary And Benefits

• Salary is based on years of clinical experience and paid in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement for salaried physicians in Newfoundland and Labrador.
