The Opportunity:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading a team of account managers within their designated geographic region. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in healthcare product sales, strong negotiation skills, and proven experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams. This role is an ideal fit for a motivated, strategic, and experienced sales leader with a passion for healthcare innovation and a proven track record of achieving results through strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationships.
What you will do:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve or exceed assigned revenue goals.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, distributors, and decision-makers within the assigned region.
- Performance Monitoring: Set individual and team sales goals, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective action plans as necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, product development, and other internal departments to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate regional sales forecasts and provide timely reporting to senior management on progress toward goals.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead key contract negotiations with major clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Training & Development: Facilitate continuous professional development and training for the sales team to ensure optimal product knowledge and selling skills.
What you will need:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Skills:
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve revenue goals
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare product market, including trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems

Working Conditions:
- Travel is required at 50% depending on market and client needs.
- Remote flexibility may be available based on the organization’s policies. Living in the region is necessary.
