The Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) provides a diverse mix of analytical instruments and associated services to a broad range of end user markets including Safety & Security, Environmental, Food Safety, Energy, Mining, Life Science Manufacturing and Recycling, to name a few. Its instruments are deployed in the field and on the line, in challenging environments where customers put a premium on robustness, reliability and ease of use. They allow them to make decisions where they operate and streamline their businesses. CAD is a complex division with a global footprint, broad product portfolio and diverse customer base.
How will you make an impact?
The Regional Sales Manager provides sales expertise and account management leading all selling and commercial activities within existing markets for the Environmental Process and Monitoring business unit of the Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) in the Middle East. This Sales Manager maintains effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts.

This Sales Manager maintains effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts.
What will you do?
- Create and maintain a balanced pipeline of sales opportunities by collaborating with direct and indirect customers.
- Develop, maintain, and lead the GoTo Market Plans for the region in close collaboration with the local Channel Manager.
- Meet and exceed customer requirements including overall communication, responsiveness, cost awareness and scheduling sensitivities.
- Maintain and continue to develop an outstanding knowledge of our products and their applications.
- Select, train and motivate Independent Sales Organizations (ISO) to optimize achievement of our sales goals via their efforts.
- Coordinate sales activities with other territories, product lines and the inside sales team.
- Available to travel approximately 50% of the time across the Middle East
- Report sales data effectively through CRM and other tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of sales experience, familiarity with or science background preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to speak English and Arabic
- Computer proficiency in MS Office and the internet
- Interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proven commercial excellence working in a matrix environment.
