Recruitment Specialist

• Responsible for sourcing high calibre candidates, ensuring headcount has been approved prior to recruitment.


• Responsible for Local and international hiring for all position with timely manner.


• Develop creative sourcing techniques to expand talent pool.


• Researching and appropriate use of recruitment channels such as agencies, job boards, social media etc. considering the recruitment budget.


• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business


• Screen candidates resumes and job applications


• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule


• Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations


• Manage and coordinate the selection and assessment processes including cv sifts, ensuring all resourcing processes meet legal requirements and are fair, fit and inclusive.


• Work with managers to ensure a smooth, timely and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.


• Issuing visa for international hiring candidates

Requirement:

Graduate passed out

Fluent English and Arabic speaking and writing

Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in recruitment

Preference Female candidate

Only Saudi National candidate required
