Quality Senior Manager (DEL - 503)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and driven Quality Senior Manager to oversee our quality management efforts, ensuring that our projects meet and exceed regulatory standards and operational excellence. This role is essential in leading our quality initiatives across diverse projects, particularly focusing on construction and operational aspects of our entertainment and leisure developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system that ensures compliance with international quality standards and industry best practices
• Conduct thorough quality evaluations and audits across construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality specifications and standards
• Lead and coordinate quality assurance teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and engagement
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to establish quality goals and enforce quality control measures throughout all phases of project development
• Analyze quality data and monitoring performance through key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
• Manage and resolve quality-related issues and incidents, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented
• Prepare comprehensive quality reports for senior management, detailing findings, actions taken, and ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Champion a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization, ensuring that all staff understand their role in maintaining quality standards
• Stay current with trends in quality management, construction techniques, and regulatory changes that impact quality assurance processes
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, specifically within large-scale construction or development projects
• Proven experience in developing and managing quality management systems and processes
• Strong knowledge of relevant international quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, ASTM)
• Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing multiple projects and adapting to changing demands
