Purpose of Position:

To deliver the ethos of Making Excellence a Habit through provision of a proactive and effective assessment visit planning and booking, serving both internal and external customers and to contribute to overall delivery of MEA days target.

Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process quotations received from sales.
• To manage the set up of new business to be booked onto SAP through liaising with BDEs.
• To proactively identify solutions for all un-booked visits within a designated area and profitably book with client utilising all available planning tools, providing short and long term planning solutions to ensure Monthly MEA days delivery and relevant KPI targets are met
• To manage the travel, accommodation and required gate passes communication in relation to the resource booked for the jobs
• To complete promptly and accurately the SAP Sales orders for completed SMOs.
• Respond to and resolve customer dissatisfaction feedback received via the customer survey process
• To highlight any reports of clients at risk of cancelling their registration and take ownership for their resolution, escalating to line management when necessary.
