The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of SNG production, distribution, and utilization projects. As the client-facing representative for Chinese-speaking partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide technical guidance for the design, development, and implementation of SNG projects, ensuring high performance and compliance with quality standards.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Chinese partners, facilitating effective communication and managing client relationships to ensure project success.
- Understand and interact with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring that technical requirements and updates are accurately conveyed between teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and technical milestones.
- Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during the design, production, and distribution phases.
- Ensure that all SNG projects adhere to local and international regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Work to optimize processes and improve the efficiency of SNG production and distribution systems.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in a technical engineering role, preferably in the energy, gas, or chemical sectors, with direct involvement in SNG or related technologies.
- Fluent in English and capable of understanding spoken Chinese.
- Strong knowledge of synthetic natural gas production processes and equipment.
- Experience working in a client-facing technical role, particularly with international partners.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing technical projects within timelines and budgets.
