Key Responsibilities
- Perform verification and inspection of process parameters across all production lines on a daily basis, and report any non-compliance to the production team.
- Verify the compliance of Line Operators in carrying out their routine quality line inspections.
- Conduct finished goods (FG) physical and chemical testing for all products produced in the factory on a daily basis.
- Collect retention finished goods samples (Library Samples) from the production line, verify their correctness before sending them to the Quality Library Room, and report any non-conformance to the team.
- Verify the quality of products produced in in-house co-packing and monitor closure of identified gaps.
- Ensure that all Hold/Rejected non-conforming finished goods are physically blocked with Hold/Reject stickers, inform the QA Team Leader for system blockage, and coordinate with the production team on necessary actions.
- Conduct training for operators on new SOPs, OPLs, and Quality Refreshers, ensuring all sessions are fully documented.
- Ensure that all finished goods (FG) Reference Standards are updated in both the production line and QA Lab.
- Ensure that all semi-finished goods (Bulk) Reference Standards are updated in the bulk making area and QA Lab.
- Ensure that all Product Changeover References (PCOR) and Date Code Calendars in production lines are up to date.
- Attend finished goods trials and perform CRQS inspections on the trialed pallets.
- Coordinate with the Process Engineer on process improvements as needed.
- Maintain high quality standards, safe working practices, and environmental care through full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment, Quality and Consumer Safety, UMS, and Customer Service guidelines and targets in the BUL Factory.
- Graduate of Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Science-related bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 6 months full time or internship experience
- Have working knowledge in manufacturing FMCG is an advantage.
- Team player, good in communication, ability to provide training
