Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Riyadh. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordination with clients, managing project schedules, and collaborating with team members to meet project goals. The Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring the quality of project deliverables.

Qualifications

- At least 15 years of actual experience in the field of general contracting, including 4 years as a project manager in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Ability to plan, implement, and interact with the owner and consultant.

- Ability to develop a detailed plan and work methodology for the project before commencing implementation.

- Ability to manage resources and project staff to achieve the targeted cost and timeline.

- Thorough knowledge of risk management and occupational health and safety planning methods.

- Issuing daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up and progress reports.

- Ability to use the best methods to ensure project quality and safety.

- Thorough knowledge of contracting contract management, as well as contracts and assignment orders for subcontractors and suppliers on contracting projects.

- Proficiency in relevant computer programs.

- Fluent command of the English language and correspondence.

- Valid driver's license.

- BS Architect or Civil Engineer.
