QA Engineer

Position Overview

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in testing social insurance and pension management systems, ensuring high-quality software delivery for GOSI operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for GOSI's insurance and pension management systems

 Create and maintain test cases for Java/Spring backend and Angular frontend applications

 Develop a traceability matric to confirm all business requirements were included in the test plan

 Perform comprehensive UI/UX testing including usability, accessibility, and responsive design testing

 Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of social insurance applications

 Support business users during User Acceptance Testing

 Provide frequent updates (including dashboard analysis) to management on testing progress

 Experience with testing REST APIs and microservices

 Proficiency in testing tools like Katalon, and Groovy for Angular testing

 Validate complex insurance calculations and benefit processing

 Lead test automation initiatives for critical business processes

 Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality

Required Qualifications

 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

 5-7 years of experience in software testing, preferably in insurance or government sector

 Strong understanding of GOSI's business processes and regulatory requirements

 Experience with test automation tools and frameworks

 Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices

 Proficiency English. Arabic is a plus

 ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certification Preferred

Common Requirements for All Positions

• Understanding of Saudi Labor Law and GOSI regulations (is a plus)
• Experience with social insurance systems and processes
• Knowledge of data privacy and security requirements in the government sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
