We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards. You will also maintain strong relationships with suppliers and collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.

Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or delays.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with approved budgets and guidelines.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and alternative suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors.
• Follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships

• إجراء أبحاث السوق للبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات والموردين البديلين.
• التفاوض مع الموردين بشأن الأسعار والشروط والعقود.
• متابعة الطلبات لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
• بناء علاقات قوية مع الموردين وأصحاب المصلحة والحفاظ عليها.
  
  

Qualifications | المؤهلات

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage pressure and deadlines.
