                                                About the Role:
As a CBRE Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a number of assets within our management portfolio.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. You will be responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You'll Do:
Operational Efficiency & Maintenance Oversight:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and efficiency.
 - Conduct regular and thorough property inspections to identify maintenance needs, ensure cleanliness, and verify compliance with safety and operational protocols.
 - Promptly co-ordinate with FM teams to resolve all maintenance-related issues, working with technicians and vendors to ensure effective solutions.
 - Manage relationships with third-party service providers, contractors, and vendors, including contract negotiation, authorization, and performance evaluation, to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
 - Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and contact information.
 
Tenant Relations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants regarding operational matters, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.
 - Foster positive tenant relationships through excellent communication and responsive service.
 - Oversee lease administration related to property operations, including move-in/move-out procedures and addressing tenant complaints.
 
Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
- Assist in the preparation and management of property operating budgets, controlling expenses, and tracking expenditures. Review and approve invoices from vendors and ensure efficient payment processing.
 
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal health, safety, and legal regulations. Implement and enforce property policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and regulatory adherence.
 - Establish and maintain current emergency and disaster recovery procedures for each building.
 - Participate in safety programs and ensure observance of safety regulations.
 
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
 - Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
 - Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
 - Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
 - Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
 - Knowledge of relevant landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
