Property Acquisition Manager – Fast-Growing Fitness Brand, Riyadh (GCC Expansion)

Location: Ideally based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 20,000 per month + SAR 5,000 commission per site + annual bonus (SAR 70,000–80,000)

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in the region. With rapid expansion plans across the GCC, we are seeking an experienced Property Acquisition Manager to take the lead in identifying and securing high-impact locations for our new gym sites.

Based in Riyadh and covering Saudi Arabia,UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar, this is a high-visibility role where your ability to open new doors — literally and strategically — will shape the future of a major health and wellness brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Researching key markets and identifying high-potential locations for new clubs
• Sourcing and assessing properties based on access, visibility, footfall, and catchment demographics
• Negotiating lease or freehold agreements with landlords, agents, and developers
• Creating feasibility studies, business cases, and ROI projections for each site
• Collaborating with development, operations, and finance teams to align expansion strategy
• Ensuring all acquisitions meet brand standards, timelines, and financial targets
  
  

About You

• 5+ years of experience in property acquisition — ideally within fitness, retail, leisure, or hospitality
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian property landscape and broader GCC markets
• Proven success opening multiple sites in high-growth, multi-unit businesses
• Skilled in negotiation, financial analysis, and stakeholder management
• Confident working with landlords, agents, developers, and local authorities
• Familiarity with Ejar platform is a strong advantage
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both essential)

• Base Salary: SAR 20,000 per month (including allowances)
• Commission: SAR 5,000 per site agreed, with potential to increase
• Annual Bonus: SAR 70,000–80,000 based on performance (leases signed and sites opened)
