Job Description
Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Generalist (Saudi National) to join our versatile team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated and accountable individual with a strong understanding of people and culture topics including recruitment and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the recruitment of selected positions (advertising, short listing, interviewing and selection process)
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
- Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with department heads
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Prepare employment letters and other HR related documents.
- Support with health insurance administration and the annual renewal process.
- Monitor and manage employees’ leave, medical and other benefits as well as time management.
- Coordinate (business) travel arrangements for employees.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports as required
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and always company policies.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on recruitment as well as learning and development
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software or systems, ideally SAP, SmartRecruiters.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle diverse interactions professionally.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
