KILONEWTONS is recruiting a visionary Projects Manager to lead large-scale developments in Tabuk's booming construction sector. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape Saudi Arabia's future infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout
- Manage budgets exceeding SAR 50M+ with strict cost control
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of 50+ professionals
- Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes and NEOM standards
- Implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes
- Liaise with government authorities and international consultants
- Present progress reports to C-level executives
- Develop contingency plans for complex projects
- Maintain "Zero Incident" safety culture
Software Mastery:
- Primavera P6/MS Project
- AutoCAD/Revit (BIM Level 2)
- SAP ERP for construction
- Power BI for analytics
- PMP/PMI (Required)
- Risk Management Professional (Preferred)
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration
- 5+ years in GCC megaprojects
- High-rise/industrial/infrastructure background
- Tax-Free Salary: SAR 25,000–35,000/month
