Projects Manager

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

● Develop the project management guidelines, frameworks and all relevant templates in line with the leading practices and frameworks to be used across all JCSA’s projects and initiatives.

● Work hand in hand with the project and strategic initiative’s owners throughout the initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure phases to ensure full compliance with the project management guidelines and frameworks.

● Provide Project Management related advice and support to the project/initiative’s owners as and when required.

● Manage all activities intended at ensuring the completion of all projects/initiatives on time, within budget, with quality and in alignment with the approved plans and scope of work,

● Work hand in hand with the project/initiative's owners to ensure that initiatives/projects are budgeted and resourced efficiently and effectively

● Ensure that project/initiatives' owners are fully complied with the PMO quality and standards (e.g. usage of templates, adherence to processes).

● Prepare the high-level dashboard to show the service requests progress updates and the service requests risks and issues.

● Report to the Transformation Management Director and to the project/ initiative’s owners on the progress of activities against the plans, and identify any opportunities, challenges and issues faced to make an informed decision.

● Work collaboratively with the project/ initiative’s owners to manage vendors’ timeline, scope, quality, risks and issues.

● Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is performed safely and efficiently.

Required Education:

● Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a relevant field.

● A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.

Required Years of Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
