eAs part of the Programme Management Consultancy (PMC) team for a landmark aviation project in Jeddah, the Project Technical Manager – FM Technical Design Management will lead the coordination and integration of Facilities Management (FM) requirements into the design and delivery phases

Key Responsibiliti

• esLead the integration of FM operational and technical requirements into multidisciplinary design outputs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standard
• s.Manage the technical interface between the FM team, design consultants, and key stakeholders throughout all project phase
• s.Review, validate, and provide direction on FM-related technical submissions, including MEP, ELV, BMS, vertical transportation, and asset management system
• s.Oversee the implementation of FM strategies related to maintainability, lifecycle cost optimisation, and digital asset managemen
• t.Develop and maintain FM design standards, guidelines, and review procedures in coordination with relevant stakeholder

Key Qualifications and Experie

• nceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering, or a closely related fie
• ld.12–15+ years of experience in technical design management with a focus on FM, preferably within large-scale aviation, healthcare, or complex infrastructure projec
• ts.Proven experience in PMC or client-representative rol
• es.Strong background in building services design, FM operations, and asset lifecycle planni
