Job Summary:
The Project Sales is responsible for building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants, presenting products and services effectively to achieve sales in construction and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
-Prepare and present professional quotations and technical proposals.
-Follow up on sales opportunities and convert them into actual contracts.
-Visit project sites when necessary and build direct relationships.
-Convince clients of the value and quality of products and services.
-Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to meet project requirements.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
-Submit regular reports on market status, client feedback, and project updates.
Required Skills:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-High ability to persuade and negotiate.
-Good knowledge of project-based sales (B2B).
-Preferred experience in selling construction materials or technical products.
-Proficiency in email communication and preparing professional proposals.
