As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will lead critical projects in the power generation industry, focusing on gas turbine management and outage execution. Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

How you’ll make an impact?
- Execute contracts according to scope and implement KPIs to ensure project success.
- Support contract negotiations and implement risk management strategies.
- Identify and develop new client opportunities while assessing technical and commercial risks.
- Coordinate project planning, controlling, and reporting, including resource allocation.
- Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure alignment with project requirements and deadlines.
- Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts on schedule and budget to all parties.
- Establish and execute effective project communication plans and manage customer relationships.
- Prepare lessons learned documents to enhance work processes, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
- Multiple years of project management experience in the power generation industry.
- Proficient in gas turbine operations, outage management, and relevant processes.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads independently, and adapt to diverse responsibilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time-critical situations.
- Experience in multinational and multicultural environments, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse cultural needs.
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Preference for Saudi Arabian nationals, with encouragement for women to apply.
